About the Author
 Ilse
Kilian-Ross was born in Johannesburg in 1971. She matriculated
in 1989 and Graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 1992. She
started her career in recruitment in 1994 and launched
HJK Personnel, a division of H J Kilian (Pty) Ltd in
1998.
Ilse specializes in "employmen". She had
dedicated her life to helping people find their place
in the working world of South Africa and recruits staff
at all levels into a wide variety of Industry Sectors.
A consistent increase in unemployment figures in South
Africa is the reason behind the UNIDAS Employment Life
Skills Educational Program. Ilse started writing the
program early in 2008 and spent many month compiling
the content of this program before the first CD's
and Books where self-published in 2009. The information
contained in the UNIDAS program is derived from 17 years
of recruitment experience as well as a solid understanding
of Corporate Cultures and Business's in general.
